Video Watermark Remover is operated by NovaFrame. This Refund Policy explains how we handle refunds for subscriptions, credit purchases, and other paid services offered through https://www.videowatermarkremover.org.

Digital Services and Credits

Our services provide access to digital tools and processing credits. Because credits and generated services may be made available immediately after purchase, purchases are generally final and non-refundable once credits have been used, a generation request has been submitted, or a subscription period has begun.

When We May Issue a Refund

We review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. A full or partial refund may be available when:

• you were charged more than once for the same purchase;
• you were charged but did not receive the purchased credits or access, and we cannot resolve the issue by providing the missing service;
• a technical error on our side prevented delivery of a paid service and the related credits were not returned; or
• a refund is required by applicable law.

If a processing request fails, we may restore the credits used for that request instead of issuing a monetary refund.

Non-Refundable Purchases

Except where required by law or expressly approved by us, we do not provide refunds for:

• credits that have been used, consumed, transferred, or expired;
• completed or partially completed generation or video-processing requests;
• subscription time that has already started or been used;
• dissatisfaction with an output when the service was delivered as requested; or
• purchases made in error after credits or paid features have been made available.

Subscriptions

You may cancel a subscription before its next renewal date to prevent future charges. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current billing period. Your paid features remain available until the end of the current paid period, subject to these Terms and our Terms of Service.

How to Request a Refund

Please send your request to support@videowatermarkremover.org as soon as possible. Include the email address used for your account, the order or payment reference, the date of purchase, and a description of the issue. We may request additional information to investigate the request.

If we approve a refund, it will be returned to the original payment method when possible. The time for a refund to appear depends on your payment provider or bank.
